Shipping costs are $ 9.99 anywhere in Canada. However, for all orders over $ 50 and more before taxes, delivery is free! For orders outside of Canada, shipping charges are calculated at the checkout stage.
Delivery time
The normal dispatch time is 7 working days.
The status of my order is “delivered”, but I have not received my order? What should I do?
- Verify that the shipping address you provided is correct.
- Check with your neighbors if they have not received your package by mistake.
- Contact Canada Post.
- Once all these steps have been completed, write to us at info@colonelbobtail.com if you still have unfortunately not found your package.
