Colonel Bobtail accepts exchanges and returns up to 30 days after delivery. The latter must not have been washed or worn and be in good condition, with the labels if this is the case.

If your item was purchased on sale, we can exchange it, but not refund it. If we cannot exchange it due to out of stock, we will issue you a gift card for the equivalent amount.

If an item must be returned for a change in size or because it does not suit the customer , the shipping costs for the return are at the customer's expense .

Before sending your clothes, please contact Colonel Bobtail by phone, email or Messenger to obtain a return number.
